Highlands Ranch Water has provided water and wastewater services to Highlands Ranch residential and commercial customers for more than four decades. Rules and Regulations
These Rules and Regulations are adopted by the Board of Directors of the Highlands Ranch Water and Sanitation District in accordance with the authority contained in Title 32, Article I, Part 10, C.R.S.
Exhibit A – Rates, Charges and Restrictions
It is the responsibility of the builder/developer to contact Highlands Ranch Water offices for changes. Fees are typically adjusted in January (rates) and October (tap fees) each year.
