<H3>Please read the following Adjustment Criteria:</H3>
<strong>We are currently accepting requests for a temporary increase for customers who had damage due to the June 22, 2023 storm.</strong>
<p>The request for a temporary water budget increase will not be accepted during a drought.</p><p>This is a request for a temporary increase in the water budget this year due to either significant new landscape installation or major landscape repairs.</p><p> Available ONLY in April/May or September/October with the exception of community sports fields, and the June 22, 2023 storm damage repair. Due to high use, community sports fields may require additional major repair during the summer to keep the field in safe playing condition.</p><p> Only one temporary increase in the water budget is allowed per year with the exception of community sports fields.</p><p> Water usage in excess of the assigned water budget, including the temporary increase, will result in higher rates as an incentive to using water wisely.</p><p> The information contained in this form is subject to audit. Should an audit be necessary, applicant agrees to provide acceptable documentation of the landscape installation or major repairs in the form of copies of receipts or the granting of access to the property for inspection by Highlands Ranch Water.</p>
<strong>If any of the information supplied on this application by the applicant is found to be false, fees and charges will be adjusted retroactively to the date of this application and appropriate charges added to the next water bill for the address.</strong>
