Longtime finance professional Tiffany Hooten accepts a position in her local community as she joins Highlands Ranch Water and the Highlands Ranch Metro District as their new Director of Finance and Administration. Hooten has more than 21 years of governmental accounting experience serving the City of Littleton where she most recently held the position of Finance Director.

“As a Highlands Ranch resident for over 20 years, having an opportunity to serve the community in which I reside is an honor,” said Hooten. “I am excited to share my private and public sector experience with both Highlands Ranch Metro District and Highlands Ranch Water.

“I look forward to working alongside the finance team and leaders of both organizations to continue the commitment to residents to provide services efficiently and effectively while considering both short-term and long-term needs of the community.”

As Director of Finance and Administration, Hooten will manage the finance team, recommend and oversee matters related to fiscal policies, systems and financial records for Highlands Ranch Water and the Metro District. She will serve as chief financial officer and advisor to the general managers and both boards of directors. Hooten will supervise a team of 10.
