Highlands Ranch Water’s 2023 proposed budget is available for review. The budget document presents Highlands Ranch Water’s expenditure plan for the ensuing year and identifies the resources and revenues available to fund it. Planning is guided by Highlands Ranch Water’s goals to provide customers with safe, clean and reliable water services that meet all regulatory requirements, as cost-effectively as possible. The budget represents funding of the priorities and policies established by the Highlands Ranch Water Board of Directors.
