New this year, Highlands Ranch Water is offering financial assistance to green industry professionals seeking to expand their knowledge of water efficient irrigation and sustainable landscape practices. Certifications eligible for reimbursement include but are not limited to: Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL), Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA), Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT), Certified Irrigation Designer (CID).
